As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Stephanie provides compassionate support to clients during special times such as the loss of a spouse or health challenges. She  also provides extensive resources, from handymen to cleaners to movers and anyone in between to help with the these significant life changes.  She is versed with the lawful procedures of estates and has assisted many grown children who are assisting their parents during these changes.

Stephanie also has an extensive background in loan or mortgage procedures and  requirements. Selling or  buying a mobile home is much different than selling a stick built house and Stephanie knows the requirements to make sure each sale goes as smooth as possible.  Stephanie has great relationships with local lenders so making sure you are guided to the best one for your situation and needs is always a priority.
